How do we replicate the growth and success of the wine industry? Which industry is next? New Zealand’s unique Manuka honey has driven the success of the New Zealand honey industry. Exports have grown at a 30% compound rate for the past decade, reaching US$70m in 2010. Manuka is a scalable platform with the potential for a full range of product line extensions. The report reviews and profiles the NZ sector, identifies investments and profiles the leading firms.
