Developing a Food Industry Management Education Program for Australia

Is there a need for a Food Industry Management Program in Australia? This paper identifies and profiles the existing courses that touch on Food Management in Australia and profile International courses. Where are the gaps? How should they be filled? We get input from Australian food managers to help answer these question. We found Australia lacking, and made recommendations for a course and course content.
