This report commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Development identifies that export growth opportunities in New Zealand are beyond meat and dairy, but are moving towards the “centre of store”. Recent work as part of the F&B taskforce 2005 highlights the importance of this area. Food and Beverage continues to be a significant growth lever and large employee for New Zealand.
