Timothy Morris (Director)

Tim Morris is one of a handful of recognized global experts in the changing structure of supermarket and mass merchandise retailing. Tim has over 20 years experience in retailing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and strategic consulting. Tim is Managing Director and one of the founding partners of Coriolis Research.

Tim regularly consults to retailers, private equity and government on retailing and the food/CPG industry in New Zealand, Australia, South East Asia, and globally.

Prior to helping found Coriolis, Tim worked for Swander Pace, Safeway, Dreyers, Woolworths and Kraft. Tim has a degree in Agricultural Economics and Food Industry Management from Cornell University.

Virginia Wilkinson (Director)

Virginia is Research Director of Coriolis Research and one of the founding partners of the firm. Virginia is Coriolis’ resident expert on consumer research and executive interviews. She has over ten years of experience in primary sector and food and fast moving consumer goods research.

Virginia regularly conducts both primary and secondary research on food, fast moving consumer goods and retailing in New Zealand and Australia.

Virginia has a Masters degree in Geography from Canterbury University.

Dr. Claudia Wyss (Director), BHB, MBChB, MBA (Harvard)

Claudia Wyss is the founder and Managing Director of Coriolis Healthcare. She has over 17 years of practical experience in healthcare: As a medical doctor, hospital manager and management consultant in New Zealand, the United States and United Kingdom.

Claudia received her medical degree at the University of Auckland in 1998 and her MBA from Harvard in 2005, where she was a Dean’s Award, Knox & Sacerdote Fellowship, and honours recipient.
