However, we are only as good as the value we create for our customers.
The problems that we are involved in solving are often complex. Therefore, our consultants have strong analytical competences and use thoroughly tested methods and frameworks for problem solving. However, we are not obsessed with specific tools or methods – we use what works.
We have a strong focus on simplicity which also applies to the tools we use. Using the right tools for an engagement is what creates most value for a customer.
The individual project is carried out by a fixed team, and typically we work together with our customers’ employees. In our experience, work becomes more valuable if performed in a team comprising both the company’s employees and our consultants. Perfect solutions developed outside the company in question often have limited value, while good solutions “owned” by the company result in far better value creation.
We are not limited by global standards. We are flexible in relation to methods, ways of working and teams, which are all determined by our customers’ needs and preferences. This means that we always adapt our efforts to the specific situation in a close dialogue with the customer.
We are aware of our responsibilities, and we are not afraid of speaking our mind even if customers disagree. We communicate our recommendations clearly when it comes to course of action and resource, and we put our foot down if we experience situations in which the value of our performance is in risk of being compromised.
